Oops, that can happen! Contact us as soon as possible. As long as the order hasn't shipped yet, we can easily change the address. If the package is already on its way, we'll find a solution together – just let us know!

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Sure, that's possible! Simply pack the items in one package, but make sure all order numbers are included in the return. This will help us process the return more quickly.

No, returns are completely free with us – you don't have to worry about it within Germany!

Please understand that we are unfortunately unable to accept returns once the security foil has been removed or the watch strap has been shortened – as we only distribute new and hygienically flawless goods.

Don't worry: If your item is defective or has a fault , you can of course return it at any time.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you using the original payment method. This usually takes 3-5 business days.

We usually need 2-3 business days to inspect your return and initiate the refund.

We generally prefer that you use our return label – this allows us to optimally track your shipment and guarantee you a quick processing.

Should you wish to use your own label in exceptional circumstances, that is of course possible. Please make sure to include a tracking number with your shipment. A simple receipt is unfortunately not sufficient, and we cannot accept responsibility for lost shipments.

Battery and old device collection

Please dispose of old batteries only at designated collection points or recycling bins, which you can find in many stores. Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste, as they may contain harmful substances.

Yes, you can send us old batteries or electrical devices for proper disposal or drop them off directly with us. Please contact our customer service for further information.

We cover the costs of returning old devices. Simply contact our customer service to receive a free return label.

Please remove batteries from the devices before returning them and ensure that no personal data remains on the old devices. Returns are handled in accordance with legal regulations and serve to protect the environment.
