Would you like to return an item? You can easily and independently request your return via your customer account.
Please log in using the method you use for your customer account. Depending on availability, you can log in via email, Google, or Facebook.
Request return via customer account
How to return an item
- Open your customer account via https://account.sandt-design.com/.
- Log in with your preferred method. Depending on availability, you can log in via email, Google, or Facebook.
- If you log in via email, you will receive an email with a six-digit confirmation code. Then enter this code in your customer account.
- Open the order you wish to return.
- Click on "Rücksendung anfordern" or "Request return".
- Select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Select a reason for return and add a short message if necessary.
- Submit the return request.
What happens next?
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive further information about the return by email. If a return label is provided for your return, it will also be sent to you by email.
After the returned goods have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Return period
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods, provided the conditions for a return are met.
Important notes
- Please return items as complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging as possible.
- Please do not remove any protective films, seals, or hygiene seals if you wish to return the goods.
- Items with removed protective films, removed seals, or significant signs of use may be subject to a reduction in value.
- If possible, please include your order number with the return so that we can process the return more quickly.
